Billing:
- Recurring Client Engagements Auto-Generate Invoice: When this option is enabled, the platform will automatically generate an invoice specifically for this engagement based on the defined scope of work. (8/5/24)
Projects:
- Search Criteria Dropdown Updated: You can now filter by “Created by Me” within the Projects Search Criteria dropdown. (8/30/24)
- Dynamic Naming Options Updated: Previous Year(${PREVIOUS_YEAR}) and Target Date(${TARGET_DATE}) now appear as an option when naming a recurring project. (8/30/24)
Tasks:
- Search Criteria Dropdown Updated: You can now filter by “Blocked Tasks” and “Created by Me” within the Tasks Search Criteria dropdown.(8/30/24)
Documents:
- Document Download: When downloading a document, the filename will now reflect the Firm360 document description.(8/30/24)
Reports:
- WIP Report Updated: When adding two or more “Group” options, the "Expand All" button will appear, allowing you to expand all information, making it easily viewable within Firm360.
Right Signature:
- Important RightSignature Settings: Expiration periods, automatic reminders OFF/ON, and email completed PDF to signers. (8/30/24)
- Bulk Send Signature Request: You can now request signatures in bulk from multiple clients by creating a document template within your RightSignature account.(8/30/24)
- Best Practices for Sending Engagement Letters: You now have two options for sending out engagement letters for signatures with RightSignature.(At the client level or a bulk request)(8/30/24)
