When you sign into your RightSignature account online, you can change your account settings. It is a great idea to review all of your settings prior to sending documents for signature requests to ensure your account meets your firm's needs/requirements.
*****Branding customizations do not flow into signature requests utilizing templates created within your RightSignature online account.

Important Settings:
- Default Expiration Period- Set the default number of days for document expiration. You can also modify this on a per-document basis when sending a new document request to a client.
- Send Reminder Emails ON/OFF- Set if you would like your clients to receive email reminders, Weekly (on 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th day) or Daily (starting on 7th day till 30th day) if a document remains unsigned. This reminder will be from RightSignature and in addition to any reminders you have set to go out from your Firm360.
- Attach completed PDF in emails- The completed/signed PDF will be attached to the complete notification that is sent to all parties once their document is fully signed/executed. PDFs that are larger than 10 MB will not be included as an attachment.
- Customize the email that is sent to your Clients from RightSignature
Updating the settings below will ensure your firm is set up correctly.
- Default Expiration period
- Send reminder emails ON/Off
- Attach completed PDF in emails
You also can customize the email that is sent to your Clients from RightSignature within the Branding tab within your RightSignature account. *****Branding customizations do not flow into signature requests utilizing templates created within your RightSignature online account.
