Project Management Features

Projects 

1. Project Global tab displays all the open projects color-coded by status.  

2. The Search Criteria Dropdown found in the upper left corner of the screen will provide a lot of options for you to filter the project data.  Any client custom fields will also appear in this dropdown

 

3.  You are able to filter this page by "Days at Status" which reflects how long the project has been at the  current status. 

 

NOTE: If you hover over the number under 'Days at Status' you will see the last date the project was updated. See below:

 

 

4. You can also filter based off the project year by clicking the Search Criteria and then Project Year

Following

1. When you are assigned a project or task, you are added as a follower and will receive notifications of changes made to that project or task.

2. You may "unfollow" the project if you don't wish to receive these notifications. 

3. You may opt out of these notifications completely by clicking your name in the top right corner, clicking "Profile," and unchecking "My Project Change Notifications."

4. You can also filter to view only the projects that you are following by clicking Followed by Me under the search criteria drop down

Due This Week

1. You can search for projects that have a due date of this specific week

2. You click the Search Criteria drop down and select Due this Week

3. This will show any projects with a due date for this week as well as anything that's past due

Commenting

There are two ways to leave a comments about the project:

1. You can add a comment to a project by tagging someone using the "@" symbol and their name, for example, @JohnDoe. Tagging someone in a comment will add them to the project followers and notify them of the comment.

2. You can also add a comment when you are changing the status of the project by using the "@" symbol in the notes section of the Project Status window.

Under the 'Search Criteria' you can select the 'Project Status'

 

 

You can select a status by clicking the radio button next to the status. You can also click Select All and de-select as needed. Once you have selected your statuses, click Apply.
