The Tasks global tab in the black ribbon lists all the tasks for your firm.
Using the Search Criteria will help you filter your tasks by various types of data such as Client, Project Template, and Task Status.
How to filter the data:
- Select Tasks tab in the ribbon on the left
- Select the Search Criteria drop-down
- Select a filter.
- Select Apply once you chose your action for the filter.
You can view the details of tasks by clicking on the view button.
If you need to export a list of tasks, you can do this by clicking the Export CSV link at the bottom of the page. You can export all or filter your results using Search or Search Criteria (described above) and then clicking the link.
Exporting Tasks
- Scroll to the bottom of the Contacts page and select Export CSV
You can also bulk delete tasks by selecting the tasks you wish to delete, clicking the gear icon, and then Bulk Delete
You can also bulk update tasks by selecting the tasks you wish to update, clicking the gear icon, and then Bulk Update
