The Dashboard provides users with quick access to:
1. Change Layout: Customize your Dashboard by selecting "Change Layout." This customization option lets you add extra widgets, in addition to the default view options, to tailor your Dashboard to your needs.
2. Checked Out Documents: Documents that a user has checked out will be listed on the Dashboard

- The document Description link will take the user directly to the document
- Action dropdown provides document management tools
3. My Open Projects: View Projects that are assigned to you as the User

- Start/Add a timer to track time on any project
- Click on the Blue Project name to be taken directly into the project
- Click on My Calendar View to see your projects in that view
- Click on any Project Status to change the status or assignment directly from your Dashboard

4. My Open Tasks: View Subtasks that are assigned to you as the User
If you have too many subtasks on your dashboard, you can change your Project Subtasks Settings to Collapse Project Subtasks. Directions can be found in this Project Settings Article
