The new features and updates below were added to Firm360 in May 10th 2024! Click on the blue links for more details on each topic.

Notifications:

• Ability to be notified when a client pays their invoice

Clients:

• When a client is marked inactive, the date they were marked as inactive now appears on the client’s main page

Client Portal Messaging:

• Updated the client email notification to provide visibility on whether a document is attached to a message so the client is alerted to the attached document 

• Message Email notification received by a staff member notifies you if a document is attached

• The Client Message Template now includes the option to personalize messages with a client's nickname.

• The Client Messages Search Criteria dropdown has been enhanced to include the “Has Attachment” option.

Projects:

• Enhanced the Projects global page to display the date of the latest status update when hovering over the number of 'Days at Status' column

• The Projects search criteria dropdown has been enhanced to include the option to filter projects by “Due This Week.

Documents:

• Folders are now ordered yearly in ascending order and then alphabetically within the Client’s Documents tab

• Ability to edit the document name directly in the PDF viewer

Reports:

•  The "Project Status Report" has been enhanced to include "Status Date" in the search criteria dropdown.
