Message Templates allow you to swiftly and easily deliver pre-written messages to clients without wasting time retyping or copying and pasting the same message repeatedly.
Create a new Message Template:
- Navigate to Customizations on the ribbon on the left
- Locate and select Client Message Templates
- Created by: Shows you who created the template.
- Shared with Team: Indicates if the template is shared with the team.
- Add: Click Add to begin creating a message template.
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to compose the message template. Complete the following fields with *.
- Name
- Subject (title of email)
- Message
- Use the various variables in blue to personalize your templates based on the client it will be sent to.
- First Name
- Nickname
- Last Name
- Full Name
- Client Name
- If you would like to share your template with the rest of your team, simply check the box next to “Share with Team”.
By sharing the template, your team will now be able to access the template you have created when composing a message by clicking on “Message Templates” in blue.
You can also create a message template from an individual message you send to a client. When sending a message to one client, click the radio button at the bottom of the message body labeled "Save this message as a Message Template"
Once you select that, you can name the template and choose to share with your team or not

You can also see the Message templates you have created by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner and clicking My Message Templates.
