Clients vs. Contacts
In Firm360, clients are the businesses or individuals your firm provides services to, while Contacts are individual people who may be granted portal access for those clients. Contacts are entered once, can be linked to multiple clients, and their personal data is kept separate from client records.

Client Portal Messaging
Communicate directly with clients through the Firm360 portal, allowing your entire team to view messages on a central dashboard. Client Actions

Client Portal Access Logs
If you have the User Role - Client Portal Access Management, you can review the client portal access log to verify if your clients were successful in accessing your client portal.
