Firm360 Custom Dashboard

Firm360's Custom Dashboard empowers you to craft a personalized dashboard, organizing and prioritizing your chosen widgets according to your unique priorities. Each report displayed on the dashboard is a widget, providing quick access to vital information or functions without needing to navigate to multiple screens or applications.  The dashboard can be formatted to a one column or two column layout for easier viewing.

User Profile Settings

Every new Firm360 user should edit their own user profile settings. Follow the steps in this video to set up your user profile settings.

Admin User Section

Users with the Admin role enabled have access to additional tabs in the Ribbon, allowing them to manage system settings and configurations. Multiple users can be assigned the Admin role within their user profiles.

Clients vs. Contacts

In Firm360, clients are the businesses or individuals your firm provides services to, while Contacts are individual people who may be granted portal access for those clients. Contacts are entered once, can be linked to multiple clients, and their personal data is kept separate from client records.

Client Portal Messaging

Communicate directly with clients through the Firm360 portal, allowing your entire team to view messages on a central dashboard. This ensures everyone stays informed and prevents client requests from being overlooked when an employee is out. Client portal messaging is secure, and you can easily delegate tasks or respond to requests directly from the message.

Client Actions

Client Actions are tasks assigned to clients  that appear as to-dos in the client portal, with automatic email notifications and weekly reminders until completed. These actions can include form submissions, document requests, signatures, or invoice payments, and can be assigned individually, through project templates, or in bulk.

Document Management

Firm360’s document management centralizes client files so firms can securely upload, store, organize, and request documents, with client-facing requests appearing in the portal and triggering notifications. Documents can be tied to clients, projects, and workflows, making it easy to track what’s been received, what’s missing, and keep everything in one place.

Documents (Requesting & Sending Securely)

Firm360 lets you securely send documents to clients either through the client portal or via shareable links, giving clients easy access without emailing attachments. Portal-based delivery keeps files tied to the client record and activity history, while links provide flexible, controlled access with notifications and tracking.

Client Portal

Firm360’s client portal is a secure, self-service hub where clients can view and complete assigned tasks, upload and download documents, sign forms, and pay invoices. It centralizes communication and requests in one place while providing automated notifications and reminders to keep projects moving.

Client Portal Access Logs

If you have the User Role - Client Portal Access Management, you can review the client portal access log to verify if your clients were successful in accessing your client portal. This log is helpful in providing information to help troubleshoot any access issues your client might be having when accessing the portal.
