Documents- Allow Client Portal Access

 

Allowing Client Portal access will alert the client via an email notification that they have a new document to view on their Client Portal

 

Allow Client Portal Access to Documents

In order for clients to see documents you have uploaded in their Client Portal you will need to give them Client Portal Access.  In the action drop down for the document, click Allow Client Portal Access. 

Once you give client portal access, you will then see a star appear by the document name to show that the document is visible on the clients' portal. 

 

You can remove client portal access by following the same steps. 

If you would like to allow client portal access to multiple documents for a client you can Bulk Update to Allow Client Portal Access.
