You may use 7-Zip in order to be able to Unzip your documents downloaded from Firm360.
Note: This application only works in WindowsOS
Mac OS has a native unZip function that supports password protected files.
How download 7-Zip
1. Visit 7-Zip website: 7-Zip
2. Locate the Download links on the top left as seen below:
NOTE: Follow these steps to determine which Windows - 64-bit or 32-bit version is your computer.
3. Once you clicked the Download link, it should automatically download the .exe file.
Click to open the .exe file. Then Allow permission to download onto computer.
4. Click the Install button once 7-Zip Setup pop-up displays. Then Close once it finished installing.
You are now ready to unzip Firm360 downloaded documents.
Password - This is located in the Document Export page. There is a 'Password' column which is what you will need to enter in 7-zip. Click on 'Show' to retrieve password.
