ADMIN Users - Reset Multi-Factor Authentication

Firm360 requires the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect user accounts and client data.

MFA requires a user name and password as the first step to log in, followed by a secure code provided to user at the time of login.  Each user should choose their preferred method for authentication. Options are (1) SMS Code Authentication and (2) Time-based token app.

Users can find instructions for setting up their MFA here.

In the event a user is unable to access their account due to issues with their login or MFA, an Admin user can reset (turn off) the MFA on a user account allowing them to login and set up their MFA preferences.

1.  Navigate to Black Ribbon > Users and select Edit for desired user.

2.  From Edit User detail modal, choose Reset MFA

3.  Based on your browser, confirm the action.

4.  Upon return to the User detail modal, note the MFA Status has been changed to Not Set.
