Client Data Template Walkthrough:
Step 1 — Download the import template
All client data must be formatted using Firm360's official import template before it can be uploaded. Download the template and use it to structure your data correctly.
Step 2 — Format your data
Open the template and populate it with your client records. The template walkthrough explains each field in detail.
- An additional contact is a contact that is not the primary or spouse, it is someone else in the company. For example, attorney, bookkeeper, etc.
Step 3 — Upload your file
Once your data is formatted, upload the file securely to the Firm360 portal. The support team will then complete the import on your behalf.
