Product Change: Adobe eSign Integration – Replacing RightSignature
Firm360 is migrating from RightSignature to a fully embedded Adobe eSign experience, offering a more seamless way to send and manage documents directly within the platform.
Rollout Phases:
- June 1, 2026 — Single document sending via Adobe eSign is available
- Mid-July 2026 — Bulk sending to one client via template + bulk sending to multiple clients goes live
- End of July 2026 — eSign document creation via project templates is available
- August 1, 2026 — No new documents can be initiated through RightSignature
- October 1, 2026 — All firms must be fully migrated to Adobe eSign

During the transition period, both Adobe eSign and RightSignature will be accessible so outstanding documents are not affected.

Client Insights- View Client Realization Metrics from a Client Record: Client Insights tab displays single client realization summary.
- Contact list now shows 'inactive' labels next to inactive clients.
- Bulk client updates now show warning labels for multi-select field overwrites.
