Clients:

Search Criteria Options Updated: New search criteria options include the following items:
- Project Status - This will populate all clients that have a project at the selected status
- Has Auto Pay invoices Enabled - This will populate all clients who have Auto Pay enable
- Has Auto Draft Payment Enabled - This will populate all clients who have Auto Draft enable
Billing/Invoicing:
- Line Item Description Limit: The character limit on a description within a line item on an invoice has been raised to 5,000 characters
- Flexible Monthly Breakdown on Invoicing Dashboard: After clicking “Show Monthly Breakdown,” you can now hide the monthly breakdown on the Invoice Dashboard allowing for a more customized view.
Client Portal Notifications:
- Alt Contact Receive Client Portal Notifications: Designate an alternate contact in the client profile to receive all portal notifications
User Notifications:
- User notifications will now display the project name, making it easier to identify relevant updates at a glance.
Document Management:
- Updated Print Functionality for PDF Viewer: The print function in our PDF viewer, provided by a third party, is temporarily unavailable as they work on an update. In the meantime, you can print documents directly from the document Action Dropdown menu. Once the third party resolves their issue, we’ll restore the original print functionality in the PDF viewer.
