Billing/Invoicing Admin Settings defined:
1. Enable Billing / Invoicing- Enables the billing/invoicing feature for the platform.
2. Invoice Number Start- This is the number the invoices will begin with and will increment by 1 for each invoice.
3. Allow users to manually edit the invoice number- Users in the platform will be able to edit the invoice number.
4. Invoice Header Information- All fields in Red Box: This information will be displayed in the upper left corner of the invoice.
5. Show Logo on Invoice- If enabled, your firm logo will be displayed on the invoice.
6. Show Outstanding Balance- If enabled the clients outstanding balance will be displayed on the invoice.
7. Enable Invoice Reminders- when enabled, invoice email reminders will be sent 30 days after their due date.
8. Enable Invoice Tax Code Support (Required for Non-US QuickBooks Online) - Toggle on if your office is outside of the US and utilizes Quickbooks Online. In the US, Quickbooks Online provides a default non-taxable tax code named "Non" that is used on invoice items that should not have sales tax charged. However, international (non-US) version of Quickbooks do not provide this code.
9. Invoice Rollup - determines if the billable category, type, or line items will roll up the time entries. If line items is chosen you will not see the option to Include time breakdown page when invoicing.
10. Use project name as invoice line item default description - Uses the project name as the description on the invoice.
11. Enable Project Billing Feature- enables the project billing logic algorithm. For more information click [HERE]
12. Enable Progress Billing Feature- enables the progress billing logic algorithm. For more information click [HERE]
13. Invoice Date Strategy- Determines the invoice default date.
14. Invoice Default Delivery Method- determines the default delivery method.
15. Invoice Past Due Interest Rate- percent interest for past due balances. Important Note: The Invoice Past Due Interest Rate is an Annual Interest Rate.
16. Invoice Past Due Days - Determines the date an invoice is to be past due.
17. Invoice Past Due Billable Category - Allows you to specify a Billing Category that will charge interest for past due invoices. If not chosen, all Categories will consider past due settings.
18. Invoice Past Due Billable Types - Allows you to specify a Billing Type that will charge interest for past due invoices. If not chosen, all Types will consider past due settings.
19. Invoice Default Terms - The default "Term" that will determine when an invoice is past due.
***Set To All Clients - Select and choose "Confirm" to set all Clients to the selected Invoice Default Terms
20. Show Invoice Quantities- When enabled the "Quantity" of projects being billed will show in invoices.
21. Show Invoice Hourly Rate on "Invoice Time Breakdown"- The hourly rates will show on page 2 of the Invoice Time Breakdown when selected.
22. Show Invoice Last Payment- The last payment and payment date will show on invoices
23. Hide Invoice Line Item Amounts - Individual line item invoiced amounts will not show - Only final total invoiced amount will be displayed on the invoice.
24. Enable Billing Dashboard Collapsed View- Billing Dashboard will show show individual line items below the Client's name.
25. Enable ACH Payment Method- Allows your firm to accept ACH payments when connected to Stripe.
26. Enable CC Payment Method- Allows your firm to accept CC payments when connected to Stripe.
27. Allow ALL Users to Process Stripe Payments- All Users will be allowed to Process payments through Stripe.
