Clients can preview PDF and image files directly from the Documents tab in the Client Portal.
To preview a document, navigate to the Documents tab and locate the magnifying glass icon next to the file. Clicking this icon will open a preview window, allowing you to view the document without downloading it.
Tools within the Preview can be used to Rotate, Download and Print the Document

The document Viewed Date will appear if a document is previewed within the Client Portal
In Firm360, an image or PDF that has been viewed by your client will show in the Client Activity as "Downloaded" though it was just viewed.
