New Features and Updates were added to Firm360 in December 2022! Click on the blue links before for more detail on each topic. 

New Recurring Type 

• Every (X) Months  - When selecting Every X Months, a new input box will display to input a number of months. The number of months will also show in the Recurring type column. 

Activities

• You can now filter activities on the client's page by type.

Client Actions

• Client Tasks - Client Actions ability to add forms submissions plus view questions and answers
• Request Signature is also now recorded as a client action for the client to sign in the client portal.
• Client Action reminder email now is customizable.

Tax Season Tip: If your clients pay their taxes online to the IRS, you can add the link to IRS payment website as a Client Action. Check out this article HERE!

Subtasks

• Ability to add an external link to a subtask

Invoices

• You can now download invoices from the client's invoice tab.
• Download Current Year Activity - to send your client a statement of their beginning balance and a list of invoices and payments from January 1. 

Documents

• Ability to send a document to multiple recipients
• Document requests that are tied to a project will now show up in the activity tab for the project as well
• Document upload email notification now contains document description
