How to View the Client Portal (Impersonation)
Users with the Client Portal Impersonation role can view the portal exactly as the client sees it.
To access:
Navigate to the Client record.
Click on the Contact who has portal access.
Select Impersonate Client Portal (or the impersonation option available).
You will be redirected to the portal view as that client.
This allows you to experience the portal from the client’s perspective for support and guidance purposes.
