There are 3 options, depending on your preferences different options resonate with your firm.
- Keep your document export from your old system on a computer in the office, access the documents as needed, and upload them to Firm360 as you work on each client's projects. Over the course of a tax season, you will be done uploading what you need with minimal upfront cost or effort on your staff.
- We create a "Document Migration" project for you on each client. Then, you bulk upload the documents 500 at a time to the project. This is still free, there is some upfront effort for your staff members.

- Document Migration - You provide us with the document export, and we map and pull all the documents into Firm360 using an AWS S3 bucket. Minimal effort on users, but there is a cost. Your cost and timing will vary based on the size of your data.
- The service starts at $2,500 and varies depending on how many documents you are wanting to migrate into Firm360.
- The other system will probably charge $1,000-$2,000 for the export.
