The Client Project Hours Report provides a detailed breakdown of:
- Billable Hours – The total hours worked that are billable to the client.
- Budgeted Hours – The estimated hours allocated for the project.
- Produced Dollar Amounts – The revenue generated based on billable hours.
How to Access the Report:
- Navigate to "View Reports" in the black ribbon on the left. (Note: You must have the Reporting role to access this section.)
- In the upper left corner, select "Projects" → "Client Project Hours."

1. Select the start and end date range.
2. Select Open/Closed Projects or ALL.
3. If you want to search based on a particular client - enter the client name in the search bar.
4. Click Run Report.
5. Choose your group by filtering options. The default is the client.
The filtering options are stackable to achieve the desired report you need.
(Year/Month, User, Partner In Charge, Manager, Location, Project, Project Template, and Referred By)
Definitions in the Client Project Hours Report

Billable Hours – Represents all time tracked against a client or project where the Billable Type has a default rate greater than $0 (i.e., it is considered billable).

Budgeted Hours – The total estimated hours allocated for projects.
- Note: Budgeted Hours cannot be displayed per user. If the report is grouped by User, this column will be hidden.

Cost Column – This column will appear only if a budgeted cost has been entered for the project, providing visibility into projected expenses.
