Zapier Integration

This feature is only available with a Premium Subscription to Firm360.

You will need to create a Zapier account. In order to connect Firm360, follow the steps below:

1. In Firm360, go to the Admin -> Integrations tab, and create a User Token for Zapier to use.
   
2. Now you are ready to start working with Zapier.  
   • When you setup authentication, you are asked for the "Firm" and the "API Key".  The "Firm" is the subdomain of your URL, so if you go to xyz.myfirm360.com to get to your account, you would enter "xyz".  The "API Key" is the value you generated from the Admin-> Integrations tab in step #2
   • When Adding a trigger or action, search for "Firm360"
   • Available Triggers: Client created/updated, Project created
   • Available Actions: Find or Create Client, Find or Create Contact, Find or Create Project, Find or Create Recurring Project
   • Create the Zap!
