Admin Integrations Settings Defined

1. Enabled Electronic Signature Integration Provider - Allow Firm360 to integrate with selected Electronic Signature provider.  Individual users will also need to set up their accounts in the electronic signature platform and sync with Firm360.
2. Enabled Email Sync Integration Provider - Allow Firm360 to integrate selected email provider and sync inbound email with contacts within Firm360.  Use with caution.  All emails found with matching contact email address will be imported into Firm360.

3. Enable Microsoft OAuth Login - Turn this option on to allow users to securely log in to Firm360 using their Microsoft account credentials.

   When enabled, users can sign in via Microsoft (Azure/Office 365) without needing to manage a separate password for Firm360. This provides a streamlined login experience while maintaining secure authentication through Microsoft’s OAuth protocol.

4. Skip MFA for OAuth Logins- Enable this setting to allow users who sign in with Microsoft OAuth to bypass Firm360’s multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt.

   When turned on, users authenticated through Microsoft will not be required to complete an additional MFA verification within Firm360. This can streamline the login experience if MFA is already enforced at the Microsoft account level.
