Admin Settings - Time Tracking

Time Tracking Admin Settings defined:

1. Enable Time Tracking Feature- Turns on Time Tracking feature for your firm

2. Enable Adding Time Entries in Bulk- Turns on Time Tracking feature for your firm 

3. Time Entry Rounding Strategy- Enter the time entry rounding - Quarter Hour, Half Hour, Six Minutes, Five Minutes, or Exact (5 Minute Rounding "Rules" - if the time is between 1-6 minutes, it rounds to 5 minutes; and if the time is between 7-11, it rounds to 10 minutes. 6 Minute Rounding 'Rules" - if the time is between 1-7 minutes, it rounds 6 minutes, if the time is between 8-12, it rounds to 12 minutes.)

4. Time Tracking Calendar - Start of the Week- Determines the day of the week to start your time tracking.

5. Time Period Type- Determines the default date range when running the timesheet report. Options include: Weekly, Every Two Weeks, Twice a Month and Monthly

6. First Time Period Start - If Twice a month is selected for the Time Period Type for twice a month period type.

7. Second Time Period Start - If Twice a month is selected for the Time Period Type for twice a month period type.
