Projects - Client Uploads

The Client Uploads Report provides a powerful way to track all documents uploaded by clients into your Firm360 platform. This report ensures all client uploads are visible, properly assigned, and easily accessible, helping your team work efficiently and stay compliant.

How to Access the Report

  • Go to View Reports > Client Uploads.

Key Benefits

Project-Level Insights – View the number of documents clients uploaded for each specific project, so you know where documents belong.

Identify Unassigned Uploads – Documents not linked to any project are clearly labeled under No Project, making it easy to find and assign them.

Streamlined Navigation – Click View links to go directly to the Documents tab for a specific project or to the client’s Documents tab for unassigned uploads.

Targeted Filtering – Narrow your results using flexible filters:

  • Filter by Project Template to focus on specific types of work, like tax returns.

  • Use Projects Assigned to Me to display uploads tied only to projects you manage.

  • Filter by LocationPartner in Charge, Manager, Bookkeeper, Preparer, or any Select Field Client custom fields to tailor the report to your team’s responsibilities or firm-specific data.

Custom Sorting – Sort the report by Client, Number of Documents, or Most Recent Upload for easier analysis.
