Invoice Search Criteria - Viewed/Unviewed by Client

 

Firm360 allows you to track whether an invoice has been viewed by a client, helping your team better manage follow-ups and payment communication.

Viewed Invoices
An invoice is marked as viewed once the client opens and views the invoice through the client portal or invoice link. This indicates the client has seen the invoice, even if no payment has been made.

Unviewed Invoices
An invoice is considered unviewed if the client has not yet opened or accessed it. This can help identify invoices that may require a reminder or follow-up.

How to Access This Filter

  1. Navigate to the Invoicing Screen 
  2. Use the Search Criteria or filter options
  3. Locate the Viewed by Client filters
  4. Choose Viewed or Unviewed to refine your results

Using Search Criteria
Filtering by viewed status allows you to:

  • Identify which clients have not yet seen their invoices
  • Prioritize follow-ups for unviewed invoices
  • Track client engagement with sent invoices

Using this feature helps ensure timely communication and improves overall collection efficiency.
