Tasks function as an internal To-Do list for users in your firm and may be associated with a Project Template, an active Project, or stand alone.
1. Active, assigned tasks appear on a user's dashboard.
2. All tasks are visible from the Tasks tab in the Black Ribbon.
3. Up/Down arrows in the column header indicate the ability to sort ascending/descending by the column.
4. Click on View or Edit to choose a Task.
5. Click on multiple check boxes or "All", then choose "Bulk Update" from the gear icon at the top of the column to update the Status or Assigned-To fields.
6. Click on +Add to add a new task (see steps 8-10 below)
7. Scroll to the bottom of the list to access options to Export CSV, Show/Hide Closed Tasks, Show/Hide Blocked Tasks. ( Once you show Blocked Tasks you have the option to filter your search for Blocked Tasks under the Search Criteria dropdown.)
Tasks have some similar features as projects, but also some differences. See the table below to identify the features that are common and the features that are unique.
