Emailing Invoice to client - without client portal access
Having these 3 fields populated will activate the client portal access:
- Mobile phone number
- Tax ID
Note: You can move the mobile phone number to another phone field to remove access.
In order to send an invoice through email for a contact without client portal access, you must remove one of the required fields mentioned above. By doing so, the client portal feature will not be activated, enabling your clients to securely upload documents via a secure e-mail link. They will receive an email with the option to pay (if you're set up with Stripe). If you are not set up with Stripe, your client will only be able to view and download the invoice.
