Bulk Assign Recurring Project Training Video
1. From within the black ribbon on the left under View Reports:
2. In the Projects card, select Recurring Projects Management. This report displays a list of all clients and the projects currently assigned.
3. To assign a new project to a group of clients, first select the clients:

- To do this, select the Search Criteria dropdown menu, choose and apply from options shown and/or use the global text search field on the right and click the search icon.
- To select all clients shown to assign recurring project, simply click "Add to All" to proceed to Edit Recurring Project screen...

- Additionally you can choose individual clients from list, select "All" at the top of the list and/or check the box on the left to select or deselect client.

- After the clients to assign project have been selected, click the gear symbol then choose "Add to Selected". This will bring up the "Edit Recurring Project" window.
- After the clients to assign project have been selected, click the gear symbol then choose "Add to Selected". This will bring up the "Edit Recurring Project" window.
- Make appropriate selections for the recurring project. Click Save.
