Firm360's Client Portal comes with a default gold accent color — seen in the "Hello [Name]!" banner, buttons, and highlights throughout the dashboard — but firms can customize this to match their own branding.
How to Update It
The primary color setting lives under Admin Settings in the Client Portal, so a team member with the Admin user role will need to make the update.
Clicking the color swatch opens a color picker with a few ways to select your firm's color:
- Color gradient: Click anywhere on the gradient box to fine-tune shade and brightness.
- Hue slider: Drag along the rainbow bar to shift the base color.
- Eyedropper tool: Pick a color directly from anywhere on your screen — handy for matching your firm's logo exactly.
- RGB values: Enter precise Red, Green, and Blue values if you already have your brand color codes on hand.
Once changed, the new color will automatically apply across the portal wherever the default gold currently appears — including the welcome banner, action buttons, and highlighted to-do items.
This is a simple way to give your clients a portal experience that feels like an extension of your firm, rather than an out-of-the-box tool.
