Firm360 allows users to securely log in using their Microsoft (Azure / Office 365) account instead of a separate Firm360 password. This can simplify login for firms that manage authentication through Microsoft.
Before users can sign in with Microsoft, the feature must first be enabled by a Firm Admin.
Enable Microsoft OAuth Login
Navigate to Settings.
Select Integrations.
Toggle Enable Microsoft OAuth Login to ON.
Once enabled, users will see the Sign in with Microsoft option on the Firm360 login page.
Optional Setting: Skip MFA for OAuth Logins
If your firm already enforces Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through Microsoft, you can enable Skip MFA for OAuth Logins in the Integrations settings.
When this option is enabled, users signing in through Microsoft will not be prompted for Firm360’s MFA, since authentication is handled by Microsoft.
Log in with Microsoft
Navigate to the Firm360 login page.
Click Sign in with Microsoft.
Enter your Microsoft account credentials.
Microsoft will prompt you to grant Firm360 permission to access your account for authentication.
Review the permissions being requested.
Click Accept to continue.
You will then be logged directly into Firm360.
Important Notes
The Microsoft email address must match the email used for the Firm360 user account.
Microsoft login setting must be enabled by a Firm Admin before users can access this option.
Users can still log in using their Firm360 email and password if needed.
