Admin users can reset passwords for users in their firm. In addition, you may reach out to the Support Team at support@myfirm360.com if you need a password reset.
1. Navigate to the Users tab.
2. Find and locate the user that you wish to reset password.
3. Select the Actions drop-down and choose Reset Password.
4. The user will receive an email that looks like this:
5. The user should click Login Now
6. They will be taken to this screen:
7. They should enter their new password in both boxes and click Reset Password
8. They will be taken to a page confirming the password reset and will also be sent a confirmation email.
