The Firm360 Adobe Connector seamlessly integrates with Adobe Acrobat Pro, adding a dedicated toolbar button that allows you to send files directly to Firm360 with just one click. This eliminates the need for manual uploads, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE INSTALLING:
- Use Chrome browser to install.
- It can only be installed on each user's computer's LOCAL drive.
This is only available in the "Acrobat Pro 64-bit", "Adobe Acrobat DC Pro", or "Adobe Acrobat DC Standard" version - If applicable, go here and purchase and install that first. Click here to install Adobe Pro.
It does not work with the following:
- Acrobat Reader
- Acrobat Reader Standard
- Creative Cloud - Adobe Acrobat
- Creative Cloud - Adobe Acrobat Standard
From Firm360
1. Navigate to the Documents tab on the ribbon on the left.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Click here in a blue text link to download installer.
(Use the download links to download the correct Connector for your operating system.)
Installing the Adobe Connector Plug-In Tools Mac:
Note: Acrobat must be completely closed before being installed properly.
1. Once downloaded from the steps above, follow the installation process for your computer.
3. Double-click “Firm360Connector_Installer” to begin the installation.
5. Once the installation is complete, close out of the installer and restart your computer.
From Adobe
If you have the newest version of Adobe, you will need to revert to the previous version of Adobe's UI to better see our Firm360 toolbar icon/logo.
Now, you can just follow the instructions I've included below.
1. Open All Tools or open a PDF to see the toolbar selections
2. Click on the three dots (...) to open Customize Toolbar
3. Locate 'Add-on Tools' in the drop-down
5. Scroll down and click to expand Add-on Tools
6. Click Firm360 File Upload to select it (highlights in blue).
7. Click the icon + in the middle section with an arrow pointing left.
8. Click Save
To initialize the connection, click on the red brick and then log in using your Firm360 Firm Alias and Firm360 login credentials.
For example:
Firm Alias: AmysAccounting (your URL is https://AmysAccounting.myfirm360.com)
Email: Your Firm360 log-in email
Password: Your Firm360 log-in password
NOTE: Once connected, you may be able to edit in Adobe using the toolbar Firm360 tool.
Automatically Open Adobe: To have your files automatically open to Adobe, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on a File in Finder
2. Click Get Info
3. Half Way Down, Click Open With
4. Select Adobe Acrobat
5. Click Change All
Adobe Plug-In Accessibility
- The file can be edited for up to 6 Hours.
- The Adobe Connector follows your firm’s session timeout (Minutes of inactivity before User is logged out).
- Setting change does require the Admin User Role to update this firm-wide setting
