This applies to all Firm360 users utilizing the Filesync tool for UltraTax or Lacerte Tax Software.
If you’ve received an email stating that your Filesync token is expiring soon, it means it’s time to extend it to avoid any interruptions in your integration.
To extend your Filesync token, follow these steps:

Log into your Firm360 account

Navigate to the Admin section in the ribbon on the left

Click on Integrations

Scroll to the Filesync section

Under User Tokens, locate your token
-
Click the Extend button next to your token line
Completing these steps will keep your Filesync connection active and uninterrupted.
