1. Install "The Unarchiver" - https://theunarchiver.com/
2. Download folder from Firm360 by going to "Document Export" in the black ribbon and selecting "Download"
3. Navigate to your downloads folder, right click on the folder, select "Open With", then select "The Unarchiver"
4. Enter the password found within your Firm360 Documents Export page
You should now have full access to your files!
