Character Limits

• Invoice description: limit is 1500 characters.
• Message: Within each individual message there is a 575 word limit and a 65,518 character limit.
• Document Checklist: character limit is 10,000
• Drop down options in forms: character limit of 5000
• Client data export: now includes client large custom data fields with a maximum of 500 characters exported.
• Proposal Item Descriptions: character limit of 255
• Client Note in the Activities: character limit of 4000
• Project Status Internal Note: character limit of 10,000
• Task Name: character limit of 255
• Subtask names: character limit of 255
