Custom Dashboard

Firm360's Custom Dashboard empowers you to craft a personalized dashboard, organizing and prioritizing your chosen widgets according to your unique priorities. Each report displayed on the dashboard is a widget, providing quick access to vital information or functions without needing to navigate to multiple screens or applications.  The dashboard can be formatted to a one column or two column layout for easier viewing.

The current list of available dashboard widgets includes:

Other Dashboard Features:

1.  Quick access to documents that you have checked out

  • The document Description link will take the user directly to the document
  • Action dropdown provides document management tools

2.  Quick access to Start Timer or Add Time from the Open Projects Widget

Customize the Open Tasks widget

Subtasks will show under tasks in the Open Tasks widget. If you have too many subtasks on your dashboard, you can collapse them by enabling the Collapse Project Subtasks option in Admin > Settings > Projects.  This will then allow you to still have quick access to subtasks by clicking on show next to subtasks.

All Open Projects By Project Status Categories:

All your project statuses are grouped into four categories for display in this chart. You can determine which category a status belongs to by navigating to the customizations section in the black ribbon: go to Project Statuses, then Edit a Status. From there, select the appropriate status category that you want this status to contribute to in the chart.

Year To Date Invoiced: The amounts are populated based on those found on the invoice tab in the black ribbon.

Accounts Receivable: The amounts are populated based on those found on the invoice tab in the black ribbon.

Current Work in Progress: The amounts are populated based on those found on the WIP in the black ribbon.

Note: This number is pulling all WIP so if time has been carried forward you will need to carry the date on the WIP report forward for the numbers to match

My Notifications: View and access your In-app Notifications that appear under the bell on your dashboard
