The new features and updates below were added to Firm360 on January 22, 2024! Click on the blue links for more details on each topic.

Clients:

• The global Client list will now display clients on credit hold in red text.

Documents:

• RightSignature Signing Status - Quickly check the status of a Signature Request by clicking on the document name 

Messages:

• Create a document from a message - to make a message part of a client's work papers

Document Templates:

• Partner in Charge included as a personalized value - to include the Partner in Charge name in a document

Billing Dashboard: 

• Advanced Criteria - filter by multiple billable categories

Reports:

• Timesheets Report - the time entry column is now sortable

Forms:

• You can now duplicate and add questions between current questions when creating a form.

Customization: 

• Tax Rates - Add a sales/service tax cap if your state/county mandates. 

Setting:

• Projects - Include client custom fields in the export CSV when exporting from the global projects tab.

Admin:

• User Roles - Access All Restricted Documents - allows users to edit any restricted document.
