Firm360 Client Messaging Firm Email Address

Each firm in Firm360 is assigned a default email address used for Client Messaging. This email address allows emails sent from outside Firm360 to appear as messages within the Client Messaging system.

The address follows this format:

<subdomain>@mail.myfirm360.com

Your firm’s unique subdomain is automatically generated when your Firm360 account is created.

How It Works

When an email is sent to your firm’s Firm360 messaging address:

  • The message is delivered to the Client Messaging inbox in Firm360.

  • The message can be viewed and managed within the Messages tab.

  • Any attachments included in the email will appear within the message.

This allows your team to receive and manage client communication directly within Firm360.

Notes

  • The default messaging email address is automatically created for your firm.

  • Messages sent to this address will appear within Firm360 Client Messaging.

  • Attachments included in emails will be available within the message and can be saved to the client’s Documents tab if needed.
