Configure Status Display Settings

For project status information to display correctly in the Client Portal, certain status fields must be configured.

  • Client Status Display Name – Determines the status label shown to clients.

To update these settings:

  1. Navigate to Customizations in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select Project Statuses.

  3. Click Edit to update the display name and progress percentage for each status.

Add Notes for Clients During Status Changes

When updating a project’s status, you can include a note for the client.

These notes will appear beneath the project status in the Client Portal, allowing clients to see updates or additional information about their project.
