The New Features and Updates below were added to Firm360 on April 30, 2023! Click on the blue links for more details on each topic.

Documents:

• Documents - Copying to Another Client as Single Action

Billing Dashboard:

• Search Criteria on Billing Dashboard now includes Manager, Bookkeeper, User, and Client Custom Fields

Billing Settings:

• Automated Client Billing New Period Ending Options

Reports:

• Client Realization Report - Advance Search Criteria include filter by Entity Type, Client Tags, and any Client Custom Fields. 

Invoice Client Tab:

• Download Previous Year Activity Report 

Client Main Tab:

• Spouse SSN now displays on the client's main tab.

Additional Updates:

1. When you sort your data using the column headings in ascending or descending order, the platform automatically saves the sorted format. This format persists as you navigate through other tabs. However, please note that sorting will be removed once you log out of the platform.
2. The Entity name is now included within the E-Mail when a Client Action E-mail is sent for a client action within a project.
3. Upload notifications - if a client uploads multiple documents at the one time the firm only gets 1 E-mail notification. 
4. If you allow client portal access to multiple documents it only sends the client 1 E-mail notification.
