A project’s status reflects its current stage in the workflow. It indicates whether the project is in preparation, processing, completed, or another relevant phase. Project statuses help categorize and track the progress of projects effectively.
Firm360 includes a set of global default Project Statuses. However, if you will likely need to customize these statuses to meet your firms needs. In the Customizations section, you can configure status colors and names according to your preference. This guide will walk you through the process of managing project statuses.
Note: You must have the Admin Role to access this part of the platform.
Accessing Project Statuses
- Navigate to the Customizations tab in the left pane.
- Click on Project Statuses to open the list of available statuses.
Editing a Project Status Name/Color
To modify an existing project status:
- Locate the status you wish to edit. And click the Edit button to the right of the status.
- Update the name and/or color as needed.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
You are able to change the order of the status by clicking "Reorder" above the numbers. You are able to edit the project statuses (name, color) by clicking the "Edit" button to the right of a status.
