Documents- Copy/Split Document

This article will guide you through the process of copying or splitting a document in Zendesk. Whether you need to copy selected pages or the entire document, follow the steps below.

 

Steps to Copy or Split a Document:

  1. Navigate to the Document: Go to the “Clients” section and select “Documents” to find the document you want to edit.

  2. Open the Action Menu: On the document line, click the “Action” drop-down menu.

  3. Select Copy/Split Document: Choose the “Copy/Split Document” option from the drop-down

  4. Choose Document Pages:

    • In this step, you can choose to copy specific pages from a larger document or the entire document.
    • If needed, change the document name in the description field.
  5. Select Pages to Copy:

    • Identify which pages you want to include in the copy.
  6. Click Copy:

    • Once you've selected the pages, scroll down and click "Copy".

  7. View the New Document:

    • After clicking "Copy", you will see the selected pages saved as a new copy of the original document.
