This article will guide you through the process of copying or splitting a document in Zendesk. Whether you need to copy selected pages or the entire document, follow the steps below.
Steps to Copy or Split a Document:
Navigate to the Document: Go to the “Clients” section and select “Documents” to find the document you want to edit.
Open the Action Menu: On the document line, click the “Action” drop-down menu.
Select Copy/Split Document: Choose the “Copy/Split Document” option from the drop-down
Choose Document Pages:
- In this step, you can choose to copy specific pages from a larger document or the entire document.
- If needed, change the document name in the description field.
Select Pages to Copy:
- Identify which pages you want to include in the copy.
Click Copy:
- Once you've selected the pages, scroll down and click "Copy".
- Once you've selected the pages, scroll down and click "Copy".
View the New Document:
- After clicking "Copy", you will see the selected pages saved as a new copy of the original document.
