Project assignment rules define who a project should be assigned or re-assigned to whenever it goes to the specified project status.
Note: Only users with the ADMIN role will be able to add/edit the Project Templates.
How to Add a Project Assignment Rule
Navigate to Admin on the left-hand ribbon.
Select Customizations.
Click on Project Templates.
Choose the project template where you’d like to apply the rule.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Project Assignment Rules section.
Click Add Assignment Rule to create a new rule.
Select the status and who you would like to assign the project to for this status:
The assignment dropdown will list the PIC, Manager, Bookkeeper, a list of any client custom fields (Junior BKPR, Billing Manager) you have created, and your staff member lists:
